Gary Lee Caldwell, 55 of Salem, Arkansas, was born on March 29, 1956, in Louisville, Kentucky. He was the son of Nolen Baker and Deon (Baird) Caldwell. He departed this life on August 18, 2011, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Missouri from complications following coronary bypass surgery.
