American Fork Company Savantius Fined for Do Not Call Violations

The Mississippi Public Service Commission has fined two companies for violation of the state's "No-Call" law and for failing to register with the state and purchase the list.

Maxim Media Marketing, Inc. of Scottsdale, Arizona and Savantius, Inc. of American Fork, Utah must pay a combined $220,000 for violating the state law.

In addition to failing to register and purchase the state's "No-Call" list, they contacted people who were registered.

Northern District Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley says Savantius also violated the law by using an automated dialing system with a voice message to communicate with callers.

Savantius located in American Fork also does business under the name of Revocalize.
